2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
