2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week, and training programs will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
