Job Description

Join Aldi as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate and become part of our dedicated warehouse team. Our team members work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas to ensure products are received, selected, and shipped efficiently to our stores. As a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory accuracy, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain effective communication with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and assist in process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move heavy products, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
