2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our employees work fewer than 30 hours per week and are dedicated individuals working in ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Position Type:

Average Hours:

• Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

• $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse based on guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and within company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience in work.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
