2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and relocating merchandise in the warehouse for store orders, ensuring timely deliveries. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in providing high-quality products to our customers, and we are seeking individuals who are committed to maintaining our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Move and prepare merchandise for delivery.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
