2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by ensuring products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers to enjoy. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties, warehouse inventory counts, and more.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
