Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Shift and Schedules

2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM. Various schedules available to suit different preferences and availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
