2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. As a critical part of our operations, you will play a vital role in the efficient handling of merchandise and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise efficiently for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
