2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires working collaboratively with the team and demonstrating positive attitudes towards quality and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently fulfill orders from stores by selecting and receiving incoming stock.
• Organize merchandise strategically and prepare it for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for store deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
