Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and meet inventory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
