Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will be expected to maintain warehouse standards, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process enhancement.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Perform tasks in varying temperatures and environments.
