2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Schedules

We have various schedule options ranging from working weekends to weekdays, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Independently make decisions within delegated responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

ALDI Acts competencies include conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency. Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

The role involves lifting products up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.
