2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with average hours of 30-35 per week. The starting wage is competitive, ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials.

Shift

2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM. Various schedules are available to suit different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality/safety concerns.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
