2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Our warehouse operations ensure that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing number of customers. As a part-time role with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training and safety programs to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
