2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday, off on Monday and Tuesday.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday, off on Wednesday and Thursday.
• Schedule B: Every other weekend off with a three-week rotation.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend off with a four-week rotation.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday, weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill stock orders efficiently.
• Handle product relocation within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Follow ALDI Acts competencies (Conscientiousness, Collaboration, Positive Attitude, Drive for Success, Efficiency).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions.
