2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, with average weekly hours of 30-35.

Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wed-Sun with Mon and Tue off
• Schedule A2: Fri-Tue with Wed and Thu off
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Alternating weekends
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri with weekends off

Responsibilities

• Efficiently fulfill store orders by receiving and selecting incoming stock.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in compliance with warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
