2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and efficiency in executing tasks.
