2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Part-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. With a starting wage of $25.75 per hour, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse appearance standards, handling merchandise, and contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Physical agility to move, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
