2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. The position requires working independently as well as collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to maintain optimal warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
