Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating warehouse equipment.
• 18 years of age or older.
