2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for delivery, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in line with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
