Position: 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties and maintains warehouse appearance standards.
• Participates in inventory counts and communicates effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspects product quality and safety compliance.
• Provides input for process improvements and assists management in achieving goals.
• Operates equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drives for success.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and walk throughout the warehouse.
