2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a full-time Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate industrial equipment.
