2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Warehouse Stocker, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week, starting at a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently receiving, organizing, relocating, and loading merchandise in our warehouse, ensuring orders are prepared for shipment accurately. Additionally, you will engage in general cleaning tasks, inventory counts, and contribute to process improvements as needed. This position will allow you to work independently within your designated area of responsibility, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and uphold warehouse standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to work both independently and within a team.
