2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Are you looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment? ALDI is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to be part of our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering merchandise to our stores while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Position Type

• Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. Showcase ALDI Acts competencies including conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Interpretation of company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Work well independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Movement of merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
