We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in fulfilling orders. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to operate industrial equipment safely.
