2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, relocation, sorting, loading, and general warehouse maintenance. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay).

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leaders.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Contribute to process improvement suggestions.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Work in varying temperatures
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely
