Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting overall productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Physical agility to perform warehouse tasks effectively.
