Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including stock selection, organization, loading, and cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently within ALDI standards.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
