As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize tasks and adhere to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Aptitude for basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and perform warehouse tasks.
