Position Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Company: Aldi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00pm start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment
• Performs general cleaning duties
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperates effectively with peers and warehouse leadership
• Provides input to improve processes
• Inspects product quality and safety

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety
• Commits to a collaborative working environment
• Adapts positively to challenges
• Delivers excellent performance

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Standing, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, walking
• Operating powered industrial equipment
