Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock management and exemplary warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise within the warehouse following established guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment while unloading incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards by performing general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated concern for product quality, safety, and impact on stores.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
