2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Independently make decisions within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving warehouse budget goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
