Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are efficiently received, organized, and shipped out to our stores. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and in compliance with standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
