2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently within ALDI standards.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot/cold environments, and operate powered industrial equipment.
