Job Description

ALDI is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and communicate any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
