2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the proper receiving, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, offering a safe and engaging work environment. With a starting wage of $25.75 per hour, this part-time position requires fewer than 30 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Physically mobile and able to carry out warehouse tasks.
