2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This part-time position offers flexibility with fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. Our warehouse environment includes both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a comprehensive training and safety program for your success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
