2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Drive for success and efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
