Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities and the timely fulfillment of orders. Shift Schedule

Available schedules include:

• Schedule A1
• Schedule A2
• Schedule B
• Schedule C
• Schedule D

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
