2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturday-Sunday shift
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock selection and receiving
• Merchandise relocation and sorting
• Loading and unloading shipments
• Warehouse cleaning and inventory
• Effective communication and collaboration
• Process improvements
• Product quality inspection

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Conscientious and collaborative
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Drive for success and efficiency
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds
• Moving merchandise
• Standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
• Working in varying temperatures
• Operating powered industrial equipment
