2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a part-time member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse to ensure products are delivered to our stores effectively. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, this role offers a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise and load strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budget goals.

Job Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, and operation of powered industrial equipment are part of the job. The ability to work in varying temperatures and environments is necessary.
