Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report product quality or safety concerns to management.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interprets and applies company policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
