2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a part-time warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of $25.75 per hour. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and receive comprehensive training to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize, execute efficiently, and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
