Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and safety concerns.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain warehouse stock and prepare products for delivery.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
