2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores so that our customers can enjoy them. Our warehouse employees work less than 30 hours per week and are dedicated individuals who work in various areas within the warehouse.

Position Type:

Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work habits, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
