2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in the receiving, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, you will collaborate with a hardworking team in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Participate in cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, demonstrates positive attitude and resilience, drives for success, and organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
