3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking to hire a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operation, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
