We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately within company standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Engage in various physical activities within the warehouse environment.
