3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well both independently and with a team, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Abide by ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate warehouse equipment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
